Excellent counter with 3 major customers, hence selling their products are very easy. More so , since the demand for CPO and E&E related products is on the rise. Expecting good Qtr results soon. Good cash flow and positive cash position .

Prospects(Extract from Qtr report)

Manufacturing division

The Directors anticipate the challenging environment to persist over the medium term. The management is continuously monitoring the manufacturing operational cost as well as expanding customer base to improve financial performance of this division. Barring unforeseen circumstances, the Management expects the results of this division to remain positive for the financial year ending 30 June 2017.

Plantation division

The performance of this division would continue to be driven by CPO price which is
dependent on the world edible oil market and economic situation. There was addition of
new harvesting area in July 2016, while the Management strives to improve crop yield for
all harvesting area. Barring unforeseen circumstances, the Management expects this
division to deliver profitable results for the financial year ending 30 June 2017.

oil palm related counter shall be in focus as this quarter report we see a lot of oil palm counters making a lot of profit due to forex exchange and high price of CPO. We should see the demand picking up once the hari raya and expected this type of counter to spike at the end of month. Lets give a month break from this counter starting from last volume spike on 12 May 2017. Lets give a month at least or wait until t20 where contra players are flushing out by the syndicate.
