Very good morning all

Like an incoming wave stock prices move forward 3 feet then retrace backward 2 feet

The wave movements do not go in a straight line. So is stock prices.

During the Ogse bull run of Carimin, velesto, penergy, Uzma and Dayang prices moved up strongly and the retraced many times

But it moved higher and higher as Ogse job awards progressed

So these same patterns will be repeated in Nfcp bull run

The power behind how far and how high each individual stocks can go depend on

1. The quantum of job awards

2. The profit margin it can show up in its balance sheet

3. Any special incentive to shareholders management might dish out. In Carimin and Penergy are dividends while Dayang gave rights issue at attractive price

So these can be expected in Nfcp stocks in coming months and years as they garnered new found wealth...overflowing wealth from Nfcp jobs like never before

Traders who are nimble and Chun will do well.
Greed and fear will always be in play

But since we have a very very favourable wind we should unfurl our sail and catch the bull run for as long as it lasts

MCMC：政府将耗资RM216亿建设152座5G电讯塔，其中50座将位于沙巴！


不知道大家早前有没有留意去年（2019年）10月份，通讯及多媒体部长哥宾星说，在今年（2020年）的国家光纤化与连接计划（NFCP）计划下，将划分四个阶段来提升全国各地的网络宽屏速度。其中在第一第二阶段里，会在全国各地区建设至少653座通讯塔以确保在各地区，无论是在室内或室外都能享有稳定的网络速度。而昨天（2月19号）大马通讯及多媒体委员会（MCMC）表示在第一期的国家光纤连接计划即为2019年至2023年，政府将会耗资RM216亿，在全国兴建152座5G电讯塔，其中有50座5G电讯塔将会兴建在沙巴。

在沙巴兴建的这50座5G电讯塔将会耗资RM2亿9千万，着50座电讯塔分别分布在，13座位于纳巴湾、丹南、根地咬及吧巴，13座在斗湖、仙本那、古纳及比鲁兰、11座在东咢、斗亚兰、古达及哥打马鲁都和13座在比达士。至于剩下的102座电讯塔将会兴建在其他州，彭亨28座、吉兰丹18座、柔佛13座、登嘉楼13座以及吉打，森美兰和霹雳将会个别兴建10座。

大马通讯及多媒体委员会（MCMC）表示，一旦这些采用光纤电缆连接的电讯塔完工后，人民将能够享有稳定的5G网络速度，同时委员会也警告如果承包商在今年内无法完成目标，相关的承包商将会受到惩罚。

MCMC表示，沙巴州目前的网络覆盖率为85.1%，其中沙巴州有85%的人口使用3G网络，60.2%使用4G LTE网络以及2.7%使用5G网络，同时目前只有光纤电缆才能提供5G网络服务。最后MCMC表示，建设光纤电缆的电讯塔必须符合几个条件，即为在该区域必须有至少600人口，同时必须拥有学校、医院、马路以及电工等。

NFCP的第一阶段目标为，到2023年时在98％的人口稠密地区的平均速度为30Mbps。不仅如此，在第二期的国家光纤网络计划（NFCP）下，全国各地要兴建500座电讯塔，其中已有115个地点已经确定在沙巴兴建，同时目前这项计划已经开始开始招标。

NFCP的主要目标如下：

在2020年，入门级宽频配套将占国民总收入（GNI）的1％
在2020年在某些工业区以及2023年在所有州首都的可达到Gigabits
在2021年，州首都和选定的高影响区域的房地100％可用，最低速度为500Mbps
在2022年将为郊区和农村地区的房屋提供20％的可用性，最高可达500Mbps
在2022年，光纤网络将覆盖70％的学校，医院，图书馆，警察局和邮局
到2023年，在98％的人口稠密地区的平均速度为30Mbps
完工后，改善泛婆罗洲公路沿线的移动覆盖范围

generally a weak quarter..mainly due to lower work progress of MTNS business..the MTNS only registered RM24 million revenue and PBT of RM3 million..maybe due to year end holiday so slower work progress?or the board wish to dampen market sentiment to drive speculators away?well,look at price action tomorrow then we'll know.

the merit of the latest quarter would be PBT margin rebound q-on-q,from 10% last quarter to 13% in current quarter despite revenue drop..the is very important because very big portion of MTNS's cost was fixed cost..so when revenue drop normally means margin will drop even more..so the latest margin figure is indeed a surprise..i expect higher margin from MTNS business in the future when work progress normalized..supported by TIME 3 contract(estimated outstanding order:more than RM100 million) and NFCP related projects.

IDS and associate business continue to contain its losses..sri lanka project that worth RM130 million haven show its contribution yet..but i think it will start to make contribute in near term(FY2020).

in conclusion:the fundamental and prospect of redtone remain unchange,so my recommendation will remain the same,buy on weakness at below 50 cen level.cheers

Shows up in Net assets increased

From 21 sen to 22 sen

If this Rm7 millions left as Cash then profit will be 0.7 + 1 sen = 1.7 sen this quarter profit which is close considered very good due to year end Oct, Nov and Dec 2019 quarter

Calvin thinks of the 5 Binacom , redtone , Opcom , cmsb and Netx ....redtone result is as good if not better than Cmsb

But Company has put more cash into ppe in view of Upcoming Fiberisation Job booster

One more very significant point is

Redtone has set aside Rm6 millions for being a

USP ( UNIVERSAL SERVICE PROVIDER)

THIS SHOWS THAT REDTONE WILL DEFINITELY PLAY A VERY CENTRAL POSITION IN THE RM50.3 BILLIONS FIBERISATION THRUST

I THINK AT 51.5 SEN AT 1.7 SEN PROFIT PER QTR . IT HAS A FORWARD P/E OF 7.57 OR AVERAGE 13.2% GROWTH RATE

THIS 51.5 SEN PRICE WITH SUCH GOOD POTENTIAL STILL AHEAD CONSTITUTES A BUY CALL

YES!!

It started Rm6 millions were set aside by Redtone for USP

And see Nfcp1 tenders from 15 parties

Among the tender for USP is Redtone
