What's happening here? Nice volume over the last few days. I see a mix of ''good news coming'' and 'stay away, goreng' comments.

Fundamentals don't look very good. But if can fly, why not....after all, Bursa is Malaysia's largest casino. Hehehe

agreed that it is quite risky to trade in this counter coz the co has no fundamental , losing monies since its inception in 2003 till now , -ve nab and -ve earnings ? how long it will sustain is also a questionable?

又是英文财经周刊THE EDGE影响市场的一周，星期五出版的THE EDGE报导，盟汇集团（MPAY，0156，创业板）及艾力斯（IRIS，0010，创业板）正在争取大马游客退税机制（Tourist Refund Scheme，简称TRS）的管理合约，并已呈上计划书给政府，竞标结果料在农历新年后揭晓。

艾力斯股价在上周已经明显走高，受到这一报导影响，艾力斯周一开市肯定成为市场焦点。

在上周，艾力斯触及0.40零吉高点之後，周五稍微回软至0.37零吉。

根据这家英文财经的报导，盟汇集团去年12月9日公布，已与韩国Global Tax Free Co有限公司（简称GTF）建立合伙关系，以竞标TRS。 实际上，除了盟汇集团，《The Edge》财经周刊探悉，与瑞士公司Global Blue合伙的艾力斯，预计也是竞标者之一。

而另外两家竞标者，相信分别是Salihin Consulting集团私人有限公司，以及Islah Wawasan私人有限公司。两者的合作伙伴，分别是西班牙Innova Tax Free集团以及爱尔兰的Premier Tax Free公司。

《The Edge》援引消息报道指出，招标者要求竞标者需和一家国际集团合作，后者需懂得建立丶营运及拥有系统，在游客退税领域需有至少5年的经验。

同时，联营公司主要的51%股权，必须由大马企业所持有。

据悉，成功得标的公司，在首年营运或可取得5000万令吉的营业额，2019年时则估计会翻倍增长。
