NoEmo the modus operandi of the major shareholders after dumping their holding to bring the price down to 1c level will be similar to year 2020 as follow :

RM0.72 million raised from the Private Placement I for the repayment of the Group's

dirt cheap price of ESOS and PP SHARES for the major shareholders and proxies to replenish the shares they dumped to press down the price. Minority watchdog should assist retailers to fight the unscrupulous shark. The fund they obtain from the pp may deviate from the proposal and being used to pump up the prices of some rotten companies sky high.

Thanks for the insight, looks like history is repeating itself. They will push down more and accumulate again. Amazing how they don't get investigated by SC actually. Such blatant manipulation. But like I said, If go down to 0.02 cents can consider.

NoEmo From 1/1/20 to todate, the company received more than rm50m from esos/PP/RI. Interesting to know how the fund is being spent and why the company comes back to the public for more fund in the beginning of this year, 2021.
