The operator behind this stock is well played, everyone bought above 0.16 has lost their pants and underwear. Only the player behind this has their evil laugh to the bank. Looks like their accumulation zone is between 0.140 - 0.155. Sold 60% when high, 20% create panic sell all the way down, keep 20% and re-accumulate whenever lower price.
