mtronic at 1sen,.......the big shots will call for more private placement at 1sen,.........issue few billion shares to raise for just a few million ringgit,.......can these few million ringgit (rm3-4mil.) help mtronic financially,.......the answer is `NO`,..........

but these few billion shares issue will dilute your shareholding in mtronic,......make it less value,.......the big shot will continue to sell off their private placement shares to less than 5% holding in mtronic,.........they still can make money because their placement shares are 10% below market price,.........

they kill you softly,........when mtronic reach 5 to 6 billion shares,.......they will call for share consolidation,.........20 to 1,........30 to 1,.......it is a big rip- off,.......big slaughter,......what can you do ?

will you buy mtronic at 1sen?

when mtronic share fall to 1sen,........

all the rm150mil. cash holding go missing,......park under others receivable, short term investments,........the cash is in big shots hand,......it is up to them to return it or not,.......

the company do nothing,.......the directors continue to draw big salary,.......quarter to quarter record no profit,..........

what can you do honey ?.............

when you buy mtronic at 1sen,..........let say share consolidation 20 to 1,.........your consolidated share is 20sen,..........

the big shots will issue large amount of right issue to dilute you share again,..........let say 10 for 1 , or 6 for 1 ,.............at issue price not more than one third of your consolidated share price,......let say 6sen

if you don`t buy the right shares,.........the big shots will take it all,..........

listing of right shares,........you have to wait for a long time for your share to climb from 6sen to 20sen ,.......it may not happen,....you loss again,......very unlikely the big shots will play up to your level of 20sen,........they are not that silly,......

after all,......do you think 1sen is a good buy ?.......

Turnover 100million in 5 years. Assume that they able to profit 10percent from this website. This translate into 500k profit per quarter. Still not enough to cover their multi millions losses whey quarter. SIGH. Think they will upgrade their website and promote web 2.0 to raise fund more funds soon. Then they can go shopping for other penny stocks shares

i believe,.......the big shots prefer to do the above scam project,........rather than running proper business,.......it is very profitable,...... i estimate each company they can profit more than rm50mi. within 3 years,........

mtronic have rm150mil. cash in hand,.........if the big shots want mtronic business to grow & profitable,.......it is possible,.......but they are unlikely to do that,........they may choose to do scam things for their own benefits,........

Directors successfully collected investors money into company fund to be used for their 'projects' in near future.
Directors good in fund raising from share issuance, but not good in making business profits.
