I believe oil will drop further. Bottom is not seen yet - coupled with world uncertainties in the financial strength - you are looking at more downside risk.

Some O&G related companies can still survive (and securing new contracts) during this weak oil prices era.. but some companies cannot withstand the hardship and will eventually perish..

Oil is tanking below USD30 due to a lifting of sanction on Iran. So it is not wise hold because it might drop further. I rather sell and buy back later when oil resume its uptrend. When?

1. When Opec decides to reduce production to bring up the oil price.
2. When China economy strong and consume more oil.
3. When US Shale production close down due to high production cost and low oil price.
4. When there is disruption oil supply due to middle east conflicts.

Other than the above reasons, I just stay out from oil and gas.

Those who already hold long time, why sell now? No point selling also, ppl say buy when.start bound, by the time start rebound u unable to buy at low price also.. all oil n gas counter is suffer now, whats the point cursing here or scared by those pl shouting bangkrupt or tp 1sen ,7 or whatever price ? n we know history will repeat again everytime after.an crisis. The hardest it hit low, the stronger it will bounce back, now jus waiting the bottom...what price, I dont know, but if really drop till usd20, I will surely top up more
