APPLICATION FOR AN EXTENSION OF TIME TO COMPLY WITH PARAGRAPH 8.04(3) AND PRACTICE NOTE 17 ("PN17") OF THE MAIN MARKET LISTING REQUIREMENTS OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD ("BURSA SECURITIES") ("MMLR")
We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 10 November 2017 in relation to the approval from Bursa Securities for an extension of time for PPTB to submit its regularisation plan by 11 February 2018 (“Announcement”).

Further to the Announcement, on behalf of the Board of Directors of PPTB, SJ Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that an application for an extension of time to comply with Paragraph 8.04(3) and PN17 of the MMLR has been submitted to Bursa Securities on even date (“Application”).

The Application is subject to Bursa Securities’ consideration and an announcement in relation to the outcome will be released in due course.



This announcement is dated 9 February 2018.
