How many times does a company can get an extension of time? PERISAI, if I'm not mistaken, had been given 3 time extensions, 2 of it was given on this year.

Petronas going for 12 rigs next year from its current operations 2 rig. This is based on insider news. Perisai will be part of this scope due to local entity.

Perisai only have one rig which is PP101, they never stop and park at dock since 2015 Oil price crisis until now. Eventhough the rental of their rig cut by 50% on price but they are still on running. The rig generate main income for them, furthermore with contract by petronas in hand till next year for sure it will not delisted. They are local company and any country in the world will use their own local country rig during the crisis.

Further to the Company's announcements dated 12 January 2017, 16 January 2017, 17 April 2017, 5 May 2017, 3 August 2017 and 8 May 2018 respectively in respect of the Restraining Order, the Board of Directors of Perisai wishes to announce that the Company has obtained an extension of the Restraining Order from the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur for a further period of nine (9) months effective from 8 August 2018 restraining all proceedings and actions brought against the Company ("the Order").

The Order will not have any material effect on the earnings and net assets of Perisai Group for the financial year ended 30 June 2018.

The Restraining Order is to facilitate the Company's plan to regularise its financial condition through a Proposed Scheme of Arrangement. On 1 August 2018, SJ Securities Sdn Bhd announced on behalf of the Board of Directors of Perisai that the application in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan has been submitted on even date to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for approval.

This announcement is dated 8 August 2018.

It is positive for regularisation plan. During 9 months, creditors & related legal cases can’t act on Perisai. It implies that Perisai will finalise regularisation plan within 9 months.

I moved on from this stock, whatever lost I had to bear I have already recovered this past few weeks, I will come back to this stock when the momentum is there, so take note that the daily volume has already been so minimal for the last few weeks
