We refer to the announcements dated 11 January 2019 in relation to the rejection of the Proposed Regularisation Plan submitted to Bursa Securities and the suspension and the de-listing of the securities of Perisai from the Official List of Bursa Securities.



SJ Securities Sdn Bhd ("SJ Securities"), on behalf of Perisai, has submitted an appeal to Bursa Securities on its decision to reject Perisai’s Proposed Regularisation Plan.

Perisai won’t trade until Bursa approves the appeal. It will take some time. If they don’t like the deal, it will be delisted and our stocks become paper for long time before we can see light or dust
