There are a lot rumors circulating in the market saying that S5 has a strong fundamental and possess strong technology.

Based on my research,
I think a lot investors ignored the facts of its business model.


I’ve seen a lot gurus in the market assuming a very premium valuation (30x PE) based on their FY2019 PAT earning of approximately RM60m

For our country foreign workers recruitment progress,
It involves a lot of “extra payment” before the official hiring into Malaysian job market.

For example, a foreign worker who wish to get a job in Malaysia , need to pay for 1) ICS 2) VLN 3)PLKS 4)NERS , only then they can get hired .

Companies like S5, Bestinet, UKSB , MYEG are involved in these processes and hence you see a very lucrative high margin earnings.


S5 is involved in ICS and NERS
For each foreign worker they will make around RM105 for ICS and RM50 for NERS

is there any high technology involved in this process ? I’m afraid no..

Their contract was given by previous BN-led government and the contract shall expiring in 2022/2023

The backdoor-listing shouldn’t be relate with the award of NIISE but the valuation of the company.
The earning for FY2019 was approximate RM60 , but for coming 1-2 years , since our Ministry of Human Resources is already freezing the entry of new foreign workers for labor market, so the earning might be facing decline in future.

We looking at long term prospect ... someday somehow we still need to allow foreign workers entry and somebody gonna handle all this ... Freezing entry of new foreign just for the temporary ... but dont forget how dependent we are toward the foreign workers ... Just look at plantation business ... how can we sustain with lack of foreign workers in this line ... our country main income contribute mostly from oil palm business ... no offfence just two cent sharing ...

Yes, the problem is,
All of this process will be integrated with NIISE and phase out middleman model.

There might be a tendency where Government will absorb the earning, rather than give it out to private company.

A good example is currently Immigration department started to launch its ePLKS system, to mitigate the traffic flow from Myeg PLKS system.
