@jungle- the RTO might still happen even without the NIIS project . S5 wanted this project to be part of the deal as naturally then it would fetch a better premium for the RTO. S5 has other projects in hand. Lets see what happens

@investing_bursa, don't forget there is a written condition by ancomlb. S5 must have at least rm 300 million worth of projects related to its core business on hand. Does s5 have at least rm300 million worth of projects on hand(excluding NIIS)? That's the golden question...

Yes, we have to wait and see what happens. Myeg bought 20% into S5 for almost 180mil. To put such big investment into S5, S5 must have some value

Dont think the court case will be solved so soon if the verdict favour any of the party for sure there will be an appeal. So might drag on a little longer might even way pass the 3mths dateline ancomlb gave to s5 in the entension agreement which on 16 April 2022
