What I meant by insiders: people within the management or immediate circle of these people. They must have known something about this RTO. If this RTO between s5 and ancomlb is unsuccessful, they would have first hand info about it and sell ancomlb down. Back below 10 cents.

Rto on or aborted ..wil not see ancomlb drop til cant recognise mother & father. Why? Ancom major shareholder wil NOT let it happened..
look at nylex ...nylex almost like ancomlb ..nylex biz go into Ancom...but nylex share stil bn steady eddie while waiting for new core biz bn injected in...so if rto unsuccessful ..ancom wil find anor suitors for ancomlb..known how ancom & nylex share prices bn holding up ...ancomlb downside risks are limited..might see a knee jerk reaction if rto aborted news come out but long run ancomlb still need anor co to take over the listing status. Listing status is valuable

Hopefully we shareholders don't have to wait too long for the next listing status(RTO) to come. And hopefully s5 will terminate this HOA. don't extend the HOA anymore. It's pointless to do so, at the expense of us, the shareholders.

Judging from the sell flow these few days, seems like it's an exchange of shares in the open market. Someone is selling in big quantities to another buyer, who is buying up the shares. No guarantees whatsoever going to happen. But these are just my observations.

Wah! Terrible really. Those remain invested in this counter already have been waiting for nearly 21 months or so but in vain and nothing doing Why S5 (S: slow like 5 snails) and Ancom waste their time and waste the investors'. I think Ancom should not be waiting any more. Why not Ancom does its own reorganisations?. That would be much faster and better!

This outcome is already expected as per mentioned earlier. When s5 lost the injunction case with iris.

This is the second best outcome. Because there is no more extension of the HOA. Secondly other companies can step in to make use of ancomlb to be listed.

I think better don't wait for another suitor or sweeter one. Otherwise don't how long does it take . May be end up bitter. Ancom Berhad itself is capable and strong enough to do the internal reorganisation.

Yes share price drop can buy and hold since is cheap. Ancom the owner will not sit still and do nothing.
As for this S5...they did it once wt Connect County now with Ancomlb..So we need to be careful.

It will be quite lucky also if the RTO with S5 is terminated since S5 is such a slow and unsteady decision maker. It really wasted people's time for nothing.

We look forward to Ancom s owner further announcement on their plan for ancomlb ..for sure they have something in the pipeline ready for ancomlb...Any future plan in store for ancomlb will be the next catalyst for ancomlb share price movement. Further dip in price good opportunity to buy n hold.

They hv 12 mths to submit regularisation plan knowing Ancom n Nylex style of pump any news will be ancomlb catalyst...we dont need to wait 12 mths to see anor gap up...any news of new plan or proposal will ignite interest again..

Disclaimer Not Buy Sell Call...But any further drop in price just too good to ignore...esp for a company trying to romp in anor co to take over listing status...Besides how much downside ancom s onwer will let ancomlb share price to drop further? By right they are the one who will be scooping up the cheap shares 1st to prevent someone to come in and hold a bigger stake 2ndly if u know u planning to sell off the company you must ensure you will get a huge return from the sale

In the first place, S5 is really an irresponsible company asking for postponement one after the other without any commitment. Its reputation will be at stake in all future dealings with other companies unless it wants to rest on the raurels of what it had achieved in the past.

My thinking is, if Ancomlb still has code business. Then Nylex has to find new business otherwise Nylex will be in trouble soon. So I believe ancom management already sort the solution.
