Malaysia’s glove makers get urgent request from China

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian glove makers have received an urgent request from China for more medical gloves following the outbreak of the coronavirus which started in Wuhan, China which has killed over 100 people.

The President of the Malaysian Rubber Glove Manufacturers Association (MARGMA), Denis Low said on Tuesday the industry would do its utmost best to ensure an adequate supply of medical gloves to the world are met.

“In particular, China is now requesting for more urgent shipments and we believe our members have already obliged and are ramping up production to meet the request from China, ” he said.

Recommend everyone to do more study before concluding on rumours or to self-turn rumours into Truth. Unless all of you are speculators here, then you gamble on. Perhaps someone should call up Ocncash office and ask if they are involved in masks business or not.

Ocncash is not the mask supplier or manufacturer but supply non woven to mask manufacturer.

I guess ocncash need to discount out the mask making session. The real deal is the company main business on diapers and sanitary napkins which in general their main core business.

Non-woven supplies still their main business too.

The pain of watching price falling yesterday and today is painful to watch for sure.

Many forgotten the increase of interested buyers which a near 6mil being sapu at 82 c, followed by the trades of 40mil 2 days ago.

Once selling subsided , the buying momentum will increase to another level.

I did have slight sense of regret when I didn't sell at 82 c. It was almost a 30k profit to be frank.

But looking at how buyers and sellers absorbed at 82 c , I think I willing to hold.
