OLH wanted to take OSKVI private in 2014 but was unsuccessful. Three months ago the volume of 13 million shares done over two days were probably mopped up by OLH's kaki.

Yeah Wong Kah Wei you are right. Don't buy any of his counters. hope he privatize all and no need to list on KLSE. otherwise trap small fish like us except some smart ones. anyhow that also they wont make much. tomorrow cut loss. small fish swim away before eaten.

Best time to privatise would be before 2 quarters ago before reporting 2 Quarters of big ass profit.

oskvi has 41,000,000 shares of willowglen which at 1.5 is worth 61.5Million! if the future of willowglen is good, OSKVI will be bright. I think this year has been one of its best. Imagine willowglen at 2.50.

I think OLH is trying to shake out the weak shareholders before he makes an offer to privatize. If not mistaken the take-over code was revised recently where a person can't make a low offer anymore, I think has to base on market price.

People wouldn't want to sell six months ago because price was below 50 sen and he wouldn't want to offer much because stock market wasn't that bullish yet. An attempt to privatize then would fail.

I think 8 to 9%, check Willow's share capital. OSKVI recognized fair value investment gain on Willow in its QR based on Willow's market value on that day. Haven't you read Stocker's research comments before release of QR?

If you study OSKVI's chart for the past two and half years volume traded is extremely low until the fateful two days in mid-May when over 13 million was mopped up after opening gap-up. Two days ago after the second gap-up opening over 7 million was mopped up.
