投资组合跟进 投资手法人外有人
还有几天就告别2014年，本期是2014年最后一期。我们的组合总算不过不失，回酬在12.75%，希望明年争取更佳表现。
之前我们觉得就业坊（JOBST）的投资回酬不错，7个月带来20%以上的回酬。
不过，和一位投资者/读者交流之后，我们才发现原来别人的投资手法更高明，技术更完美。
扪心自问，就算再来一次，我们也未必能够算得这么准确，所以甘拜下风。
而且，也征得对方同意，公开其获利方法与大家分享，让大家对精益求精有更深的体会。
我们在11月17日有提到就业坊的内在价值，即约是3.05令吉。实际上公司表现越来越好，在11月宣布业绩以及特别股息时，应该已经超越这个价值。
有位读者在读了我们上述文章之后，悄悄放在心上。
当时公司的股息是如下：12月10日除权：2.65令吉加1.75仙中期股息，因此是2.6675令吉。
他决定放弃领取股息，在12月9日以2.94令吉卖掉手上1万股就业坊。
可是，之后股市动荡，就业坊股价跌到25仙，他紧记住我们所说的3.05令吉，扣除特别股息2.65令吉应该有40仙，因此“忍不住”将脱售所得用来买入10万股，平均价是26仙。
如今股价站稳在31至32仙，他的投资回酬已有20%左右。因此，他将我们的选股发扬光大，从既得回酬20%提高到50%左右（1.22倍X1.23倍）。
我们忍不住问他为何如此勇敢，难道不怕股价下跌吗？
