Good information on the scene behind VC
Why CSY used PA conversion which is more costly, to out control NSH? May be not impacting the share price upwards. By pushing up the share price will also make NSH difficult to gain more control?
May be Eugene and Choo are on the same side with her?

NSH about 14.8%
Choo 12.6%
42% left in the market of NOSH 863m which is 414m shares
In last 2 week, share price seem to be controlled by the sellers and don't seem to have any strong buying. Think the operators are squeezing the weak holders before next push.

There is no way for Dato to have control of the board even if he buys all the shares in the open market as madam and her gang hold more than 50% and have the advantage of the unconverted ICPS. He cannot continue fighting in the losing battle and waste his time in doing so. So what is Dato next move?
Option 1, sell and exit VC
Option 2, become a slave to madam
Option 3, be a passive investor

On the other hand, madam cannot afford to lose the share values (perhaps about RM 10 mill already) where she could use the share to pledge for margin financing.

Not likely to go back to $0.02. The drop in price is due to forced selling of pledged shares.! The play moving forward will be CSY exerting more control like MMAG. CSY having exposed her hand & spent so much to covert to VC will want to recoup her investment. It is a question of when. Agreed with zhm450 it would be in CSY interest to push up VC price to secure share financing to leverage her holdings

The TP price definitely 12-14cents for M touche (Only worst case scenario).The company worth only 30 over millions.
