Think Dato bought some shares for investment not major enough to be reported as key shareholders. basically bought for short term trading.
If you go to Mtouche forum, you click the last insider trading under market buzz, you could see his name . stake is not high.
possibly not a strategic shareholder like VC.

RM0.066 is only an indicative price based on the last few trading days. Need to get Bursa approval first. Once approval obtained will fix the price. Whole process may take one month. Probably may push up the price so that prospective buyer will think company worth buying into and at the same time can raise more funds to make the exercise worthwhile. The proposal may not even happen if can achieve the intention to scare weak holders to dump shares so that major shareholders can collect cheaply and fend off hostile takeover. For some major shareholders who have spent so much money converting from VC-PA do they want to see their own shareholding’s diluted? Have to wait and see what is the actual intention.
