If there is an element of PN17 directors would not have spent their own money to buy 25M VC & convert VC-PA. Will anyone put in their own hard earn money into a company where they have full control and with all financial info if that company is going broke and they will lose money? Here we are not talking about small money but millions of ringgit

Many companies currently priced at RM0.02-RM0.03 are either PN17 companies or have low NTA. Believe with VC NTA at RM0.25 if fall to RM0.03 will be quickly sapu up as will be a target for takeover esp by NSK. Don't think BOD will allow this to happen. Will lose money big time.

If CSY buy from NSK at premium do you think CSY wants to buy to lose money? Just look at MMAG which CSY has substantial interest MMAG is 5 times the price of VC inspite of NTA about half of VC. If price of VC don't go up to at least RM0.07 or higher can forget PP exercise.
