Look like Dato Neoh is happy after he sold some of his shares to Madam Chan and Madam Chan is happy Dr Neoh is not competing with her to control the company as the largest shareholder. Mr Choo most likely will be relinguish his director as his company selling more shares and market is able to absorb his selling. Looking forward is Dato Neoh can join the board of Director after Mr choo left later. With Dato Neoh expertise in property development, it will improve the company property division profitability in the future.

The company does not require Mr Choo service anymore as his company is selling more shares in the market. It show he is no confident with the company, It will be better for him to quit the director post immediately as he is not in line with the company direction. That's why he is selling the shares. Same thing happened to the old directors when they sold the company shares, they quit immediately.

Most importantly, VC need new bloods to replace the incapable old BOD that cant even perform for the past many years. Old directors are the stumbling block need to be removed. VC need new blood to bring the company to a greater high. Mr Choo better resign asap. Let Dato Neoh the high flier to join the BOD asap.

Oh yeah. looking at the price movement today with huge volumet, The market is able to accept the corporate tussle has ended with Dato Neoh willing to forgo some of his share to Madam Chan and let Madam Chan to be the largest shareholder. With Madam Chan keep accumulating more shares from the market at cheaper than 10sen she purchased from Dato Neoh. Everything is going to be smooth sailing after Mr Choo unloaded most of his company holding in VC. Better fot him to quit the director post with immediate effect.
