If you buy a unit in a condo before the developer hand over the keys can you move in your furnitures and cook in your unit? Similarly I believe the factory first must be completed, get it certified & approved by the local authorities before you are allowed to move in to set up the machinery Only then can you start the process to get the necessary approvals & certification for the gloves. I am not an architect or an engineer but logically this should be the flow of events

The construction on the front of the factory is for the office building, that is entirely unrelated to the prod plant and do not affect the prod lines. Construction workers are working outside for everyone to see but prod workers working hidden in the plant, plus the entire line are fully automated except for packing.

When you passing by, can check out for the gas tankers refilling weekly that's used for tank heating. So, the gas definitely not used for nothing right? 1st plant with 6 lines is targeted to complete sooner than schedule.

It will rebound when AT gives a strong confidence to future potential investors that it will be able to generate more positive QR reports in the near future. With a condition that each positive QR reports shows an increase of NP.

As long as it can overcome the negative quarter reports in the past, the gears for share price will start to move upward (slowly and gradually).

At the moment, many IB and investors are unsure and skeptical of AT future QR reports. This could take a while for AT to achieve that.
