(“Victoria”), a 70% owned Subsidiary Company of Fajar Maritime and Logistics Sdn Bhd ("FML"), which in turn is a 60% owned Subsidiary Company of Straits had on 12 July 2021 received a letter of approval ("LOA") from Marine Department Malaysia for the development of Ship to Ship Energy Transhipment Hub to provide and carry out liquid cargo transfer activities such as crude oil, marine gas oil, marine diesel oil, marine fuel oil, liquefied natural gas (“LNG”) and liquefied petroleum gas (“LPG”) from ship to ship (“STS”) within the port limits of Victoria Bay subject to the terms and conditions stated in the LOA .

This means no share dilution but profits will increase. Earlier, Straits will be working with Petronas Dagangan to distribute marine bunker to ships. It may be worth more than 0.29, conservatively valuing this stock

Straits "Collaboration Partner" adalah MMS salah satu anak syarikat Petronas. Video klip (outstanding, ada soundtrack macam movie Avatar) itu satu informasi bagus untuk orang biasa macam saya yang tak tahu apa itu STS Hub.

I believe Straits very good company. Owner always looking business jalan. Petronas dagangan partner and now STS asia biggest hub. A lot a lot potential. Can make very good money in trading and invest.

Already hold over 3 years . No bonus and DIV. Hope this year 2021 , give out something to shareholder la. If put in fix deposit , 3 years also not small return ( only 2020 and now interest rate drop).
