If TM offering 2 billion for P1, assuming P1 paid up is 1.5bil, then the acquiring price is RM1.33 per share.

RM1.33 minus 96 sen conversion for warrant, then warrant should fly to 0.37 sen.

The rest you guys figure out your own profit.
