Too much of promotions add to suspicion. Forumers generally know the value of a company through research as most information are available.
Investors would be very suspicious and generally steer away from obvious, extensive information which does not add any value if they are decades old.

As such, the original deadline of 30 June 2020 to hold the Company’s 18th AGM is now extended by 90 days to 28 September 2020.



GPB will announce the appropriate date to convene the Company’s 18th AGM and the issuance of its Annual Report 2019 together with the Notice of AGM in due course. The deadline for the issuance Annual Report 2019 had been extended to 30 June 2020 from 30 April 2020 pursuant to the extension of time for issuance of annual reports granted by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa") to all affected companies as announced by Bursa on 16 April 2020 in light of the MCO.

Guys, I'm new to warrant and would like to clear my doubts.
So if I buy 100 lots of gpacket warrant at RM0.28 = RM2800, and the strike price is RM 0.4, conversion ratio is 1:1 right, and now the mother share let's say selling at RM 1, then why everybody is not buying warrants and converting the warrants to mother shares to earn? (Profit = (RM1- RM0.04)x 10000 shares - RM2800)

@heretolearn Conversion takes time (maybe 2 weeks). 2 weeks later the price may not be the same and if everyone also convert then the mother share will be diluted and the price will be even lower
