Rowie Based on my analysis of the company’s business, prospects, increasing revenue, new acquisitions especially Longhouse productions whose business will generate more revenue & possibly profits plus RM 100m cash in the bank, it will take 6-12 months more before MLAB becomes very profitable.

Look at the past 10 years results, the company was doing practically nothing, now only after a major clean up, things are moving. If u have the patience, hold for one more year to see the fruits, otherwise just cash out.

The safety net is the cash of RM 100m , without that MLAB will kaput.

Reminds me of Sanichi? Cash rich from rights issue after consolidation of shares from 10 to 1. After cash depleted started another round of share consolidation & rights issue again and the cycle repeated many times...now share price only 3.5 sens..lucky cut loss & cabut already..

very high risk and possible scenario :

we think it's cheap to buy 4 cents, drop to 1 or 2 cents... lost 50% to 75% capital value.
or buy 4 cents, fly to 8-10cents or more?? risk is there... this become like gamble ~~

last year june, around 16 cents.. everything about mlab is good in the eyes of Baik123. keep promote mlab cheap and good to buy every time it drops.. now>>> 4 cents..

Doesn't looks good. Mlab Shareholders have been substantially diluted in the past year after the rights issue with total shares outstanding growing by 1051.7% to 1.449 billion shares. If MLab makes a new private placement of another 241.6 million new ord. shares. The no of shares available in open market will increase to 1.6906 billion shares diluting shareholders value ever further!
