It depends on your trading style. Some say short term some say long term. The only best way is to do your homework on the company. Read their annual report,etc. look at balance sheets. And at the end of the day, value it.

KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 11): Mlabs Systems Bhd announced its rights shares, which was sweetened with warrants, has received a 96.34% in subscription and will be listed on Sept 15.

According to Mlabs, it has received a 46.77% in total valid acceptances, while total valid excess applications amounted to 49.57%.

“Successful applicants of the rights shares will be given Warrants B on the basis of 1 Warrant B for every 2 Rights Shares (one-for-two) successfully subscribed for,” Mlabs said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today.

In an abridged prospectus dated Aug 11, 2017, Mlabs had said it intends to raise a minimum gross proceed of RM4.5 million and a maximum gross proceed of RM79.23 million, which will be used to develop and market its mobile applications, working capital and potential acquisition of entities related to its business.

The cash proceeds, Mlabs had said, will be raised by issuing 528.17 million rights shares at an issue price of 15 sen per share, which will be sweetened with 264.08 million of free detachable warrants on the basis of one warrant for every two rights shares.

Listed on the ACE Market, shares in Mlabs rose one sen or 7.14% to pause at 15 sen today, giving the videoconferencing marketer a market capitalisation of RM87.67 million.
