PROPOSED DISPOSAL We refer to the DMB’s announcement dated 30 June 2021 in relation to the proposed disposal by Daya Proffscorp Sdn Bhd (“DPRO”), a 58.8%-owned subsidiary of DMB, of 3 contiguous parcels of leasehold land held under (i) PN 7441, Lot 3997; (ii) PN 6307, Lot 4597; and (iii) PN 6565, Lot 4835, all in Mukim Teluk Kalung, District of Kemaman, State of Terengganu together with the industrial premises erected thereon to Public Crane Heavy Equipment Sdn Bhd (“PCHE”).
The Board wishes to announce that the Disposal has been completed following the full settlement of the balance of the Disposal Consideration by PCHE in accordance with the terms of the SPA.

DAYA - ADMISSION OF PROPEL GLOBAL BERHAD ("PGB") TO THE OFFICIAL LIST IN PLACE OF DAYA DAYA MATERIALS BERHAD
Reference is made to DMB's announcement dated 27 April 2022.
As part of the Regularisation Plan, DAYA will be de-listed from the Official List of the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) and PGB will be admitted to the Official List of the Main Market of Bursa Securities in place of DAYA with effect from 9.00 a.m., Thursday, 28 April 2022 with PGB's issued share capital of RM195,114,802 comprising 604,339,944 PGB shares.
The PGB shares will be listed on the “Energy” sector of the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
The stock short name, stock code and ISIN code of PGB Shares are “PGB”, “0091” and “MYQ0091OO007”, respectively.
According to Propel, BWE has 15 ongoing contracts with a total unbilled contract value of RM21.8mil expected to be realised over the next three years, is guaranteeing a profit of RM2.4mil and RM2.6mil in profit after tax (PAT) for the financial year ended Nov 30, 2022 (FY22) and FY23 respectively.
BWE reported revenue of RM18.6mil and PAT of RM178,000 for FY19; RM19mil revenue and RM395,000 PAT for FY20 and; RM38.5mil revenue and RM2.3mil PAT for FY21.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of PGB, Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company had, on 23 February 2023, submitted an application to Bursa Securities for the upliftment of PGB from its PN17 status pursuant to Paragraph 8.04(8) of the Listing Requirements.
Seem like shareholders also not providing support to dropping share price even pending super good news out of pn17 status. Maybe might not able to get out of the woods
