It is obviously trap, you all think drug/ medication licence is "P" driving licence? It may take 5 year to get the approval, as mentioned, it is government call, not MoU settle all.

I am skeptical for Companies like SGB, which don't even have GMP certification, strong track record of medical business or production capacity for medicine to get the MOU for vaccine project. Not saying it's impossible, but highly suspicious.
