My opinion is that solutn is reducing the liability and borrowing for the company based on the report. Based on overall performance, the result is still good with this effort. In long term, this counter is worth to invest. Anyway, it's solely my opinion, investment decision is still yours.

@shyityng. Special dividend= When company realized income from non operating income/Non recurrent income.
Interim Dividend= Distributed from company recurrent income annually, Quarterly or Semi Annually.
