Below is my analysis. Tai kors pls comment if incorrect.

If one is able to get at 7 sen. Dividend is 0.2 sen. ie 2.86% ROI in 2 months. Annualized it => 2.86% * 6 => 17.14% p.a.

If, 7.5 sen then 2.67% ROI in 2 months, Annualized => 2.67*6 => 16% p.a.

Not a bad investment with potential capital gain as well. Definitely better than putting in FD imho..

dlord, after x for dividend Xinghe price will be adjusted downward by 0.005 (instead of 0.002). Thereafter will depend on market forces. If say 0.07 before x be adjusted to 0.065, we will worse off unless market forces push up back to 0.07

No idea why Ng Min Lin sold his shares at a loss. He acquired 10m shares at RM0.30 on 10/6/2014. His lowest acquisition cost was RM0.08 before bonus warrants. May be cannot work well with Chinaman directors

How can dividend announce is fake? lclwyp said Ng Min Lin bought at 30sen and even lowest price he paid is 8sen, so he might face loan settlement problem hence need to sell.

tsunami is coming..0.02 sen is imminent. director also sold his shares..this is a good indicator that even the director don't believe the plc...there's no certainty....everything could be potentially Fake...cash or operations...the factory may not even exist....

Relax fellas. No cause for concern. The said director's shareholding is insignificant. A quick glance at the annual report in page 132 will reveal Ng Min Lin's aggregate shares as at 12 May 2015 were 21.4 million. Based on the latest notification to Bursa today, he had disposed 13.9 million shares between 6 and 8 June 2015, leaving a total of 27 million shares still in his hands. This meant he had been accumulating the new shares after 12 May 2015 or even as recent as last week in the hope of profiting quickly from their sale after Q1 results were published at Bursa last 29 May 2015.

For lifecare, i fell sorry for you because you only good in negative comments without any facts and figures...i think lifecare must loss so frequently until his thought become so pessimistic. As Xing He is high potential company ,large investors may have good arrangement for their fund to control high majority shares in hand ,the better way will be buy more Xing He warrant to retain 4 years contract for conversion.

@lclwyp thanks for the comment. @0.002 dividend, the 1 bid for it to retrace is almost negligible. As it is, Xinghe is already ding donging between 7 and 7.5 cents. IMHO the downside risk is minimal.
