If use last 4 qtr result Xinghe total 2015 EPS is 3.4 sen assuming 4th qtr 2015 yield EPS 0.42 sen same as 4th qtr 2014. If there is growth in profit like 3rd qtr 2015 Xinghe EPS even higher. If conservatively use EPS 3.4 sen as guide 15% dividend policy meaning this year Xinghe dividend is 0.51 sen or DY 7.85%(> 2times FD rate) buying at 6.5 sen.

Actually I bought xinghe after ex date. So i cannot get the bonus.
I just curious you claim xinghe bonus free wa.

Why I cannot view the details on the Warrant site.
Is it Wa = warrant .
Correct me if I am wrong

1) The price of transaction is not disclosed in the announcements.
2) They disposed on 30/12/15, the market price was 0.06-0.065 and closed at 0.065.
3) All the shareholders dispose on 30/12/15, same qty i.e 35,227,500.
4) They disposed via direct business transaction instead of open market.

该公司向马交所报备，独资子公司星河贸易和交通私人有限公司获丹绒柏勒巴斯港口颁发得标书（LOA）。
星河贸易和交通公司将为该港口，供应原动机和后勤的驱动器，及相关的辅助移动服务，为期1年，从本月1日起至12月底。
丹绒柏勒巴斯港口还有选择权，进一步延长该供应和服务合约。
该公司指出，双方同意每个移动价格为9.20令吉，合约总值胥视该港口所需的服务。
