Latest qtr EPS 0.77 sen when annualised become 3.08 sen. If fair PE 10 Xinghe TP 31 sen.

People talking bad about China stocks cannot pay dividend despite having so much money. At least Xinghe is better. Paid 0.2 sen dividend last year. 2016? 0.5 sen dividend forecasted.

10/03/2015 Bonus Issue BONUS ISSUE 1 : 2 20/03/2015

BONUS ISSUE OF 1,174,250,000 WARRANTS IN XINGHE (“WARRANTS”) ON THE BASIS OF ONE (1) WARRANT FOR EVERY TWO (2) EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES OF RM0.10 EACH IN XINGHE (“SHARES”) HELD BY ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS AT 5.00 P.M. ON 24 MARCH 2015 ("BONUS ISSUE OF WARRANTS").

Xinghe Bonus Issue is giving out one free WARRANTS or one free xinghe share .
Because I cannot see xinghe got any WARRANTS details here.
If Xinghe giving free one share of Xinghe , Can I know when the free share will go into our trading account .

Sorry I am a new player , So not much knowledge .
Please help me out and explain abit .

Xinghe different. Never ask shareholders money. Last year paid shareholders 0.2 sen dividend and give free warrants. This year expect more dividend.

Despite numerous complain about China stocks in Bursa at least profitable Xinghe has rewarded shareholders with dividend and free warrants last year as attached. This is something not all local stocks can do even some of them more than 10 X Xinghe price.

cepatkaya1103 I agree with you. Hopefully people will look differently at Xinghe and other China counters if Xinghe keep their promise paying dividend for 2nd consecutive years because according to IPO 15% dividend policy is valid for 3 years. Those looking forward to another free warrant I think more likely next year than this year.
