hilmi Xinghe is different from Xinquan. Last year paid 0.2 sen dividend but Xinquan 0 and now want right issue.

Why making money(EPS 0.41 sen) Xinghe only 5.5 sen whereas loss making stock(eg Genetec, Frontkn, Iris, etc) at higher price? Is QR irrelevant?
