Base on last year experience Xinghe don't announce dividend so soon. Can give 0.5 sen dividend base on 15% dividend policy.

Xinghe PE only 2-3 times vs Zhong Ling 9 times. Xinghe should be better buy for Xinghe if FGV intention is penetrate China edible oil market.
