1234rich are you from KL? If yes please try to attend AGM on 27th. Ask for dividend or free warrant o/w hard for Xinghe to move up. No need to invest RMB 600 million(RMB 60 million cankah?) which will take 3 years.

Xinghe must declare dividend for Year 2015 (per circulation). Should announce by end month, same as last year. In future, no guarantee on dividend.

Nominee account don't get but direct yes. So you use nominee(cheaper brokerage?) acct? Anyway nowadays can get from internet easily. Perhaps Xinghe want to save printing cost.

Just read the Annual Report, someone please go and question the chairman during AGM about the bonus warrant given in Mar 2015 on 1 warrant for 2 shares held. Share price was crashed from high RM0.11 to RM0.08 on 1st day of warrant listing. All shareholders got burnt. Look at share price now, left with RM0.045 but NTA0.22. It is better to de-list. What shareholders wanted is dividend! If no dividend, expand for what!

Fellow red chip(Kanger) can trade near 30 sen despite not giving dividend. Don't sell Xinghe at 4.5 sen if coming QR end May turn out better(EPS) than Kanger.

Today Bursa fine CSL directors with RM 59,600. No such case in Xinghe so Xinghe account not tipu one.
