The following are the reason to sell your nexgram's shares:

1. The fundamental are extremely bad. It only business is spamming people with ring back tones.

2. Over value (the real value is RM 0,01).

3. Cooked financial report with a finding of RM 90mil irregularity.

4. TPY, OKA, TPC selling their shares.

5. Court cases.

6. NG's directors resigning without new replacement.

7. NG is used to laundered TPY's and his cohorts' illegal money.

8. No assets. The plot of land at cyber jaya is bought with Protasco's money.

9. The projects are mostly hoax or too good to be true.

10. NG is much worse than Solutn and Elsoft.
