I predict NG will go up slowly over the next few weeks. First reason being the carefully calculated increase in share price so as not to trigger any UMA enquiry from Bursa, the second being the obvious moves in trying to weed out the freeloaders and contra players.

Nexgram Land Sdn Bhd - the property development arm of public-listed Nexgram Holdings Bhd - expects to gain a net profit of RM293 million in the next five years via its mixed development projects in Cyberjaya and Putrajaya.

The company, in a statement Friday, said the projects - including high-end apartments - are expected to kick-off construction works in mid-2015.

Nexgram Land CEO Tey Por Yee said the two projects have been fully sold to MyAngkasa Bina Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Angkatan Koperasi Kebangsaan Malaysia Bhd, for total value of about RM1.5 billion.

The Cyberjaya project will contribute net profit of RM262 million while project in Putrajaya would contribute the remaining RM31 million.

Nexgram will build 19 units of commercial shops, one high-end SOVO residence with 360 units, a block of five-star hotel serviced suite with 400 - 495 units and one corporate office building including three-level basement car parks and six-level elevated car parks with a total estimated development area of 1.1 million square feet excluding carpark area.

"The Cyberjaya project had been purchased by MyAngkasa for RM1.1 billion, while the Putrajaya development is a joint project between Nexgram and Top Valley Properties.

"Top Valley is the owner of two acres of Malay reserve land while Nexgram had been engaged as the main contractor to develop the said plot," said Tey.

He said the Putrajaya project was sold to MyAngkasa for RM400 million under a tri-party agreement. Both purchase agreements were inked last December.

The project with the strategic partnership will benefit both Nexgram Land and MyAngkasa, while will also enhance Nexgram Land's future earnings visibility and mark a milestone in the company's diversification into property development.

Tey also said there will be more joint initiatives between them and MyAngkasa in future collaborations and developments around the Klang Valley and nationwide.

The Nasdaq Composite, which tracks the prices of the 2,571 companies on the Nasdaq Stock Market, rose 44.57 points, or 0.9%, to 5008.10. It first crossed 5000 just after 10:30 a.m. EST, marking the first time the index has traded at that level since March 27, 2000.

The Nasdaq’s rebound underscores the renewed ascendancy of U.S. financial markets following the twin crashes of 2000 and 2008 as well as the repeated U.S. debt-ceiling standoffs in recent years. The dollar, measured by the WSJ Dollar Index, has surged more than 17% over the past year, as investors around the globe have poured funds into U.S. assets in anticipation that an uneven U.S. recovery will shift into higher gear.

The Dow industrials and the S&P 500 index each have set several dozen new highs over the past few years, driven by a growing U.S. economy, healthy corporate profits and exceptionally easy Federal Reserve policy.

I believe the reason why wintoni and priva is gaining so much attention is because of their good looking quarter report...
As long as nexgram has a good quarter report later on. It will be gaining much attention too..
