Transfer of the shares most likely due to full settlement of their margin facilities with the broker. Therefore, the pledge shares are transferred back to the customers. So, they could have made their money from the market recently probably via Wintoni and/or NG.

Anyhow, from my analysis on the company. It has great potential for further upside. It's NTA is 13 sen and with its potential earning from its property arm. I believe it's matter of time when the projects kick-off and the income is recognised, the price will shoot up. Obviously, it will take sometime. If you think of medium to longer term investment, my humble opinion is that this is a good stock for consideration. In addition, I believe with the resignation of tpy from Wintoni, I believe is for him to focus on NG, which has big and great developments in the pipeline.

in other words, following the announcement...this is my take:

Nexgram Land Sdn Bhd, Nexgram Bhd subsidery, will be involved in mixed development on two parcels of land in Cyberjaya and Putrajaya.
It will make a total net profits of RM293 million on both projects in the next five years when work starts in June.
The entire project had been sold to MyAngkasa Bina Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Angkatan Koperasi Kebangsaan Malaysia Berhad, for total value of approximately RM1.5 billion.
MyAngkasa entered an agreement with Nexgram to guarantee the purchase of both the projects last December.
This means Nexgram will earn net profits of RM262 million from the Cyberjaya development and another RM31 million from the Putrajaya project.
