Good news is dones mean the counter will goes up. News are tell us (investor) , this counter have a good background and they have good potential project and blah blah.so at this times, when investor buy the share and the price only rise. The Proposed Change of Auditors is to fill the casual vacancy in the office of auditors following the resignation of SJGT. The proposed appointment of CHI is to ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 1965.
