Nexgram Holdings Bhd ( Financial Dashboard)’s wholly-owned subsidiary Nexgram Land Sdn Bhd has obtained the development order from the Sepang Municipal Council for the RM1.15 billion “Angkasa Icon City” project in Cyberjaya, according to Nexgram’s filing with Bursa Malaysia today.

The development will then be sold by Nexgram Land and Nextnation to MyAngkasa Bina, a subsidiary of Angkatan Koperasi Kebangsaan Malaysia Bhd, for RM1.15 billion.

Impossible jump 100% in one day, I expect it to be actively traded but will not rise more that 3 cents today which is 30%. But yes over next few days we should see some money, for me my price is 12.5cents as I had bought when the insiders bought so I hope you are correct and I am wrong....LOL

Change Auditor can be few reason, one Auditor resign as does not trust integrity of books, or second Auditor not getting the fee he asked for the owner bargain too much or lastly Auditor and Owner do not get along and too much pressure on Auditor
