TuaHuat, I can't comment too much bcos I didn't do thorough research on them. But based on their fundamental wise, it's good to accumulate them slowly when retreat if you intend to invest them for mid & long term.

1) Hovid:-
PE Ratio: 12.75
NTA: 20 cents
Dividend Yield: 3.8% (assume yearly dividend: 1.3 cents) based on
current price 34 cents

2) EAH:-
PE Ratio: 7.74
NTA: 16 cents
Dividend Yield: -

3) Haio:-
PE Ratio: 10.57
NTA: 131 cents
Dividend Yield: 5.6% (assume yearly dividend: 14 cents) based on
current price RM 2.48

Choo, you will get 33333 bonus shares and the ex-price for your existing & bonus shares is depending on the last closing price b4 ex-date. For example, last closing price b4 ex-date is 15 cents, hence the ex-price is 11 cents.

Yes, NG must get approval from Bursa Malaysia first, then hold EGM to get approval from shareholder prior to announcement of bonus issue entitlement date. 9 cents if last closing price is 12 cents even though bonus issue price is 10 cents.
