This means MY lower new cases record look like better than SIN but in fact many illegal foreign hidings, not going thru testing yet. extended lockdown further means nothing unless all mass testing done like SIN, S. Korea, AU.... It's still too early for us to celebrate success in this war. we're going to DAMN SLOW, I C B C in testing all citizens including illegal.
