Ozura will recycle the sales proceeds to convert more entitlements as they wish to enjoy the current run. They dare not sell ALL of their recent converted shares bcoz afraid they will miss out the next wave Up which is anytime now. Hence, lock in some profits 1st, them convert more shares @ merely 2cents with the current sales proceeds.
Summary, more $$$$$$$$$$$ is coming.
