Pelancoing nak download app atau nak masuk daftar online melalui komputer, free of charge selama-lamanya. Nak guna khidmat yang berkaitan dengannya tu kena bayar.

Kerajaan juga tidak perlu bayar kos kontrak kepada Nexgram walaupun ia bersetuju untuk gunakan app ini.

Nak guna lain-lain perkhidmatan seperti ujian covid-19 (keluar sijil percuma), hotel (mesti dapat komisen) dan juga mesti ada dapat hasil dari kerajaan per pelanggan. Contoh bagaimana Posmalaysia dapat kutip hasil komisyen bila dia kutip hasil bagi pihak tertentu atau keluarkan lesen bagi pihak JPJ. RM2 satu urusniaga tu adalah hasil bagi pos.

Juga komisen kutipan hasil bagi pihak kerajaan... Seperti yang posmalaysia dapat komisen atau MYEg dapat komisyen dari JPJ.
