NEXGRAM bags RM57 million contract for distribution of the Covid-19 consumables

KUALA LUMPUR: Nexgram Holdings Berhad wholly owned subsidiary Associate Partners Laboratories Sdn Bhd (APLab) or (APLSB) on 12 August 2021 and 13 August 2021 has secured two contracts amounted RM57 million contract for sales and distribution of the Covid-19 consumables in Malaysia.

Of the two contracts, one was valued at RM36 million from the procurement agreement of the Covid-19 Antigen Nasal and Saliva Test kits between APLab with the Covid-19 screening test kit distributor Ottigo Sdn Bhd (Ottigo).

APLab on 13 August 2021 also bag a sales contracts order from R Clinic amounted RM21 million for the Covid-19 Vaccine Efficacy Antibody Test kits.

Based on the 13 August 2021 announcement at Bursa Malaysia, APLab, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nexgram on 12 August 2021 entered into Master Procurement Agreement with Ottigo Sdn Bhd to procure and distribute licensed Covid-19 test consumables using TracVirus Clinic System.

APLab is the authorised seller of Covid-19 screening test consumables namely the Covid-19 related critical-care medical items including RTK Antibody Test Kit, RTK Antigen Nasal Test Kit, RTK Antigen Saliva/Breath Test Kit, quantitative RT-PCR machines, reagents, Neutralising Antibody Test Kit, Al and similar Covid-19 screening test, Professional use Instant Test Kits, parts, systems and solutions. Other Medical Supplies including but not limited to 3-ply Masks, N95 Face Masks, KN95 Face Masks, Surgical Masks, Ventilators, Personal Protective Equipment, Medical Protective Glasses, Disposable Surgical Medical Gown, Sanitizer, Ventilator.

Ottigo is the appointed distributor of APLab, and shall solely procure and distribute all directly or indirectly licensed Covid-19 screening test consumables using Tracvirus Clinic System from APLab. All procurement of consumable materials shall be supplied by APLab and the right are granted to Ottigo to sell and distribution the products in Malaysia.

Ottigo undertake to procure and distribution on Covid-19 screening test solution, subject to force majeure and market condition beyond natural control, in particular Covid-19 solutions, from APLSB Tracvirus Clinic System within twenty four (24) months, whereas sales across APLab’s existing direct clients shall consolidate to the Distributor as the master distributor for ease of on-going business management.

Based on the reports, the term of the MPA shall be for a period of two (2) years and shall thereafter continue in effect on auto renewal on a yearly basis. The contracts is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the Nexgram Group during the tenure of the agreements.

Show shareholders the profit in next 2, 3 or 4 quarters. Otherwise it is another scam announcement. Go ask AT about glove project.

A sales contract should be served as a contract. It's not merely a MOU or unbounded agreement.

I studied Hong Seng with its several contracts awarded related to Covid-19 test kits. And the share price of Hong Seng shoot up from RM0.75 up to RM1.64. For your information the NOSH of Hong Seng also quite high. It's at 2,457 Million.

Please do not compare certain company with different management and different problem with ALMOST ALL the companies in FINTECH group... Please don't ever be A BLIND PARROT spammer anymore. I BEG YOU.

By the way, I also hope you can put Hong Seng in your list of the company which has a big NOSH and has a high risk to do a consolidation.
