calculations should be by percentage which is minus 1.54% down only.To be bit speculative,even at total minus 5% down, it's still acceptable n manageable level.😂

Since mkt not really good.I teach u how to make very good poppia.

1.The fillings are up to u BUT must be wth less moisture.

2.When roll a poppia,it must not be more then 2.5 layers.

3.When u fried the 1st n 2nd outer layer will be more crunchy n the inner layers will be lembik cz near to moisture,the filling.

Frying oso got technics cz the temperature frying oil will always
change.😎😎😎.

I travel from KLIA to Jakarta stay overnight Quality Hotel then go to Semarang n take small plane cross to Pengalaman Embun where lots of GEM especially the gen Blue Kecubung.

I travel one end of Sarawak to another end of Sabah hunting for Gold n not to forget whole of Semenanjung except Kelantan ,Perlis n Penang.

If u want to invest, currently CPO at peak n rooms to move higher might be limited unless u bought plantations stock much earlier.However u can bantai follow the crowd
#When CPO px high it doesn't mean all Plantation stock can make big profit cz it's still Oil Cost Per Ton and the above.
Why not u try to correlate verify CPO px Vs FYR for 10 years for pure plantations stock or ur selected stock.

If u don't have good yield,good OER,Palm Kernel,Oil ton per hect high due to palm age@age profile even at high of around RM7,000.00 a plantation won't make money.
You can check n verify small plantation such,Dutaland, Rimbunan
or TDM on their FYR 2022 when CPO r high.
However u can oso bantai n follow who knows strike jackpot.
Fdmntal wise JPG good,cz they have Milik.Grouo n KPJ by the side is relative.
Any how buying plantation stocks is ok cz any things goes wrong the land are still have value.
I have a friends who was in Kumpulan Guthrie then merge withG.Hope n Sime Darby and then a C. but before joining to assist FGV few years ago when FGV was in problems ,he was with LRT project n we r like abg adik😎
