It's a price adjustment (not price drop) after the 1:5 bonus issue. Price is adjusted to rm1.67.

oh i see. the price adjustment is due to the increase of shares that u will get from the bonus unit issued where the market cap of scicom remains the same. thanks a bunch. i am a newbie by the way :)

Just wondering the Dividend is calculated based on after bonus or before bonus?

Example I bought 1k shares, with bonus I entitled 1.2k shares

So the dividend will be on 1k shares or 1.2k shares?

1.2k shares; because price already adjusted to 1.67 to account for bonus shares, so your extra 200 shares should be counted in for dividends
