another 3 weeks before QR results. Will it be higher profit due to higher ASP or lower profit like most gloves counters due to lower ASP? Will Esceramic follows the glove trends or has its own trend? Many are taking esceramic as the same as other gloves counters and hence the drop for the past 2 months.

The last dividend was 4 cents when the price of Esceram was 825cents ex-date that is equivalent of 5% paid out.

I think it's too early to be able to forecast a dividend yield percentage from Esceram just because of a one-off (and very generous) special dividend of 4 cents. Yes historically they do give dividends regularly but these are exceptional times where the company has done a lot of capex to ramp up production, which I prefer because that brings back higher earnings at the end of the day.

For me I'm holding this because of the long term prospects -- Esceram's products are necessary for glove-makers in Malaysia and Thailand, and command a high ASP which I think will not fall at the same rate as glove ASP, due to barriers to entry in the industry. The stakes are high for glove-makers who want to remain competitive, and using the best glove formers is absolutely important for them. The big players are cash rich anyway so they'll throw money at guys like Esceram and Ceramtec. @StockGodFatt , thanks for the assumption , however @raksasakambing may also have a strong point. They have to use more than MYR 25 m cash if 5 cents dividend is declared.They need cash for expansion. Something will be given but not 5 cents. However, happy to receive 5 cents if given as we all need to smile in this pandemic! Stay safe!

Whole bursa is in red sea but Esceramic steady only. Most other gloves also steady except for Top Glove. What else can guarantee business and profits during such uncertainty if not gloves?

已經進入築底階段, 隨著外圍噪音逐漸消除, 相信很快手套股就會調整方向. 良好的氛圍也將帶動 Esceramic 騰飛. 但過程中需要些耐心, 因為技術面還等待著關鍵的契機.

It has entered the bottoming stage now, as the peripheral noise is gradually eliminated, believe that the glove stocks will adjust the direction soon.

A good atmosphere will also drive Esceramic to take off. But the process requires some patience, because the technical analysis part is still waiting for a key opportunity.

@thomaszum, Esceramic doesnt have this bottoming thingy compare to the big 4 gloves. If you look at the 52 weeks price, all the big 4 already hit the rock bottom and below. For Esceramic the bottom was at 0.24.

Last year glove counters is the market saver but this year is the killer. It's all on the hand of IB and syndicate to monitor the up down of share price ,when they want to push ,the price can go up to P.E -450 above and when they want suppress the price can come down to P.E 2.5 by applying short selling technical tactics .So don't carry the beautiful dream that the coming financial result good means the share price will go up !! It's a money game, IB and syndicate must make money from retailers !!!Give up your beautiful dream !!
