It doesn’t matter Impression. Esceram still undervalue to me at this price. I see Thailand’s glove stock went up 5 times, I don’t see a reason why Malaysia glove stocks cannot. Also not forgetting that we are the largest glove manufacturer.

if Esceramic can deliver 2 million profit per quarter, that would be EPS 1.0 per quarter
Giving EPS of 4.0 per year and PE as follow:

buffer 20%
20: RM0.80 RM0.64
22: RM0.88 RM0.705
24: RM0.96 RM0.770
26: RM1.04 RM0.830
28: RM1.12 RM0.895
30: RM1.20 RM0.96

The question is whether Esceramic can deliver that EPS 1.0 and is market going to value it at PE30? Looking back at year 2015 & 2016, Esceramic delivered 3 quarters of 1.5 million ++, 2 quarters 1.8 millions ++ and 3 quarters of 2 millions ++. What happened during those years compared to now?

@AdCool, good analysis. Possible to make MYR 2 mio if formers prices are increased and production is smooth. Glove producers lead time is now 1 year and asking for deposit. Normal lead time for formers is 2 months if no backlog. In a short time the lead time will be longer as glove companies expansion requirement for formers and regular replacement due to breakages and corrosion on formers. I foresee lead times longer and pricing power will come. So , fundamentals are still good for this company. I have made good decisions in this counter and profit always!

My simple TA
Dropped below MA 14 but just right on top of MA 21
MACD death crossed but above 0 so still not too bad
RSI 53 quite attractive but it went lower before (once in Feb and Mar)

My forecast
It might drop a few more days before it stabilizes and rebound for the 4th wave

Hopefully market doesn't crash before its next wave
