The new issue is from people who buy the PA or warrant A or B and pay money to convert them to the mother share. As long as the PA or warrant have a premium people will buy them and convert them to the mother share. So nothing new.

In the end like I say earlier, total Connect shares are still Connect shares + PA(=7.5 cts) + WA n WB (+10 cts)= Total Connect County shares. There have never been any new issuance shares. Just investors converting them from the "Anak"

I sold all cut loss...just wait n see...wil buy bk at lower price...not worth it to watch it keep goin down ..as news also not cfmed...rather cut loss than carrying it for mths if deal dont come thru...my personal opinion...it might gap up nobody knows

Just normal thing. If you buy some PA today at 15 cts say. You fill up a simple form, buy a cashier order of 7.5 cts (So your cost will be 23.5 cts) for each PA shares and and write a small cheque to pay a service fee. In about 8 to 10 working days, your PA will become the mother shares. They will announce that your ICPS shares will be converted to the mother shares when and when before these new shares get listed... get it ?
